Hiyama Nobuyuki is a seiyuu (Japanese voice actor) who's well-known for providing the voice for bad-ass, hot-blooded anime/video game characters such as Guy Shishio from The King of Braves GaoGaiGar, Hiei from Yuu Yuu Hakusho, and Viral from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. His distinct voice has led fans to describe his voice as the "voice of courage", which is this fanlisting's namesake.
